On the cover: A stylized rendering of the OX40-OX40L heterotrimeric complex, the target of numerous antibodies undergoing clinical trials for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The image was generated with the x-ray crystallography structure of the OX40-OX40L co-complex (PDB: 2HEV) using the software program Blender. This image was created by Kelsey Nolden, MD, PhD at the Medical College of Wisconsin, who is an incoming dermatology resident at Yale’s Department of Dermatology.
