I asked u abt Uttama villain climax hari hari sori sori chorus, narasimma killed, in Devarmagan, Mayan(krishna) is villain, Shakthi (goddess) is hero & In HeyRam(naduram) is killer but Amjad is gud guy, He named Amjad after Sholay actor, Sakti after RC sakti both are his friends

#Kara had a few good ideas and some well written moments. While it wasn’t entirely engaging, it still worked for me. Easily better than D’s recent films. And of course, bonus points for that Devarmagan nod that had absolutely nothing to do with the film. 😂

DM & Virumandi did what best they could at that time. Sugarcoated bitter things so that Kara can go one step further

In the middle of films like Devarmagan, Virumaandi, Sandakozhi, Devarattam and so on even till now we finally have #Kara which talks about the actual problems of the people instead of just exploiting the audience and their minds by commercialising and reinforcing unnecessary caste pride. The film has a protagonist realising the problems and the depth on course of time and questioning the unfair system. This film is a welcome change and I wish this opens a new path. Though it has its share of pacing issues at few places, its a well made film, a different film from what the trailer actually promised. A simple rooted drama with its heart in the right place and Dhanush showcasing his full potential. Kudos to director Dir. Vignesh Raja.
