We're currently developing a clan and clan wars system. While we're doing minor work on the mechanics, we're trying to address more global issues during breaks. There are already many dungeon ranks that players can complete, but there are also clan dungeons that can be captured and used as clan bases. Giving clans complete freedom isn't part of our plans, so to add complexity, we'll have several development options. The first option is the possibility of clan wars (the minimum expected for our project is 50 vs. 50 players). We're currently working on ways to eliminate delays. The second option is the possibility of selling or capturing someone else's clan base. There should also be a resource fee for the maintenance of the clan and the clan base. Clan dungeons are exclusive locations, released in a single copy (as the game grows in popularity, clans will have to wait for a clan dungeon to appear and fight for it)
