Our "Learner Story" allowed learners to gather and reflect on teacher feedback for learner led conferences. Using this information led to in-depth and meaningful conversations with families. Most importantly, they were led and owned by the learners! #developingindependentlearners

Learners reflect & track feedback in unit guides to help monitor their own progress towards learning goals. We use reflection to train learners how to seek & receive feedback vs assigning points to daily activities. #developingindependentlearners #feedbackspeakslouderthanpoints
