So its a mix and balance of how much do I plan? How much do i plan the stuff I have? And all of that has to do with what we want to do right now. Which, everything feels like tools to zoom in, zoom out, and forget about thebother 47 rows of stuff. XD

Yeah so for instance, we are only adding estimates, descriptions, and conditions of satisfaction as well as assigning tasks in stages called Sprints. So for instace, only 4 tasks currently are fully filled out. And thats because we set those up for our first sprint.

I imagine if we had everything pretasked out we'd be well over 100. But it makes sense to add some as you go.

Its pretty useful! It also helps with managing time estimation. As an aside, this is a midproject task list. It has currently 48 rows. Some of the tasks are things like blocking out illustrations and adding more tasks at different stages.

Type of Labor allows us to sort by what kind of proficiency would be most required to complete a task. This helps us look from far away and group tasks by the type of work required. It is also important to note, we are trying to make sure at max each task is under 4 hours.

The Priority column shows how crucial a task is to this product. The higher the priority the more harm having that task cancelled would be. Priorities are: crucial, important, valuable, and would be nice. In that order high to low. Losing a w be nice wont harm it a crucial wuld

Good Question! The process is lightly based off of Agile Development. Names are names. Status tells us what the status of that task is and can be either: New, Complete, In Progress, Feedback, or Cancelled. This is so we can tell what stage a task is at!

I’m basically writing like a 4-episode story arc and then putting emergency timers on each thing and deleting most of it during play when the players inevitably spend 45 minutes examining some small rock.
