You could start with safer alternatives, like LED candles that look like real candles, scent diffusers with essential oils, and electric wax warmers that don’t use an open flame. That way you can get used to it and slowly transition into regular candles with an open flame.
I’m trying to get into diffusers and candles and all that cutesy stuff but my brain simply just sees all of it as a fire hazard and I can’t be at ease if it’s lit up in my room, any advice on how to turn my brain off
