The first prints of "MBA Disrupted" are out - answering all questions I keep getting this whole week.
📚 I got a handful of DMs for links and format requests after my TUES and Digital4Sofia talks yesterday.
Most non-technical questions I got at both events revolved around:
1. Is business model X still working in 2024?
2. What will happen with X industry in H2 and next year?
3. Is AI taking all jobs/channels?
4. What are effective channels that still work this year?
5. How can I pivot my business into something that works this year?
6. How can we mitigate inefficient channels/workflows/people problems and survive the year?
7. Can we simplify bookkeeping/accounting with US LLCs?
8. What key AI tools we can integrate and incorporate to get some competitive advantage?
🏆 Aside from closing new business on the consultancy and agency side (both strategic advisory and actual implementation of funnels, CRO, HubSpot), "MBA Disrupted" now provides hundreds of ideas and strategic insights explaining the flow and what business leaders need to prioritize this year.
It's a radical year for most ecosystems out there. Military-style, disciplined, and resilient leaders will adapt and survive.
💣 Many will keep falling.

Determined to plough through this and eat our own dog food with continuous GTM experiments and penetrating new channels that were unthinkable 18 months ago.
