NGÀY 04 | HUNDER – TURTUK – HUNDER (NUBRA VALLEY) Tham quan Diskit Monastery – tu viện cổ nhất Nubra, nổi bật với tượng Phật Di Lặc khổng lồ hướng ra toàn thung lũng, mang lại cảm giác rộng mở và bình yên. Sau bữa sáng tại Hunder, đoàn khởi hành dọc theo thung lũng sông Shyok hướng về Turtuk – ngôi làng nằm sát biên giới Pakistan, được xem là một trong những nơi đẹp và khác biệt nhất Ladakh. Cung đường Hunder – Turtuk được đánh giá là một trong những cung đường đẹp nhất Ladakh, với núi đá nhiều lớp màu, sông Shyok xanh ngọc và những đoạn đường uốn lượn giữa sa mạc cao nguyên. Đoàn dừng xe tại các điểm nhìn mở để check-in, chụp ảnh và quay video, ghi lại những khung hình đặc trưng của Ladakh nguyên bản. Khi đêm xuống sâu, bầu trời Nubra mở ra trong trẻo, rất lý tưởng để ngắm dải Ngân Hà (Milky Way) và chụp ảnh thiên văn – một trải nghiệm hiếm có, chỉ thực sự trọn vẹn ở những vùng cao nguyên ít ánh sáng nhân tạo. Nhưng C không xem được milkyway tại Nubra. Buổi tối, đoàn tham gia tiệc BBQ ngoài trời bên lửa trại trong không gian yên tĩnh của thung lũng. Thưởng thức các món nướng nóng. Hehe tại đây C đã nướng quýt theo xì tai Hàn Quốc, quýt nướng than, ăn nóng rất thơm ngon và ngọt dịu. Đồ uống có cồn nhẹ (nhâm nhi rượu vang Đức của chị chủ nhà/ bia địa phương), thư giãn và chia sẻ những câu chuyện sau một ngày dài vượt đèo.

If Diskit (Nubra) is equipped to handle most of it, would be a godsend. Nowadays, Khardung/Chang La are barely closed for more than a few days in exceptional storms.

There are no villages in Galwan though. Shyok is the only village in that upper Shyok area. The rest like Agham are closer to Nubra (Diskit).

Diskit Monastery, established in the 14th/15th century by Changzem Tserab Zangpo, is the oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in Ladakh's Nubra Valley. Located at ~10,300 ft, this Gelugpa (Yellow Hat) sect monastery is famous for its 106-foot Maitreya Buddha statue, panoramic valley views, and the ancient mural-filled prayer hall.
