When a model replicates the 1:1 services @ an hourly rate as lawyers do, it will have a limited impact. Their clients will still not be able 2 determine cost/affordability and most of all, value. De-lawyering should not mean substituting a different provider w/ the same structure

Totally agree that Courts are not as interested creating complete packages for litigants. Why is an interesting question. I would add 2 more: #enduserfeedback and #metrics to ID forms are useful and which ones need more. #documentassembly #ATJ
