福博印刷株式会社(佐賀市・従業員212名)がAIモデル前処理工数40%削減・金融機関DM反応率約2倍を実現したと提供元(dotData/全国印刷新聞)で公表されています。
「これは印刷会社の話だから、うちには関係ない」と読み飛ばすにはもったいないです。
「DMの反応率が読めず無駄打ちのコストが膨らみ続ける」悩みは、佐賀に限らず全国の地方中小印刷業・DM受託会社・販促代行(従業員30〜300名規模)まで刺さる課題だからです。
僕が注目したのは、これが「AIがDMを自動配信する」ではなく「AIが顧客データを前処理 施策担当が反応設計」の線引きの話だという点です。
