We created a database that has all of our clients and the vendors in it. All can be cross referenced. (Many of our clients use the same vendors). We just select client, vendor, then amount. Tomorrow we create an export file. Load it it efilemyforms. 15 minutes 400 form filed and mailed. Best system we know of.
