People have difficulty understanding this. Every manufacturer sources his FX in “i&ewindows, it’s not rocket science.

It's all about definition, but giving me fx at a rate you're giving all manufacturers and anybody can access it can not be termed as incentives shaaa. Anyone with the capacity and ability to build a refinery can also get the same at the time. Incentives is waving some taxes, duties specifically for me or other exclusive direct benefit. The fx rate is not exclusively for him alone.
