¿Y porque no van al contador de agua y le cierran o tapean la llave de paso al condominio? Llega un momento en que solo acciones radicales pueden acotar el abuso de algunos ante un emergencia nacional que ecta a todos ( aparentemente no por igual.. ) @Condado_Informa

The MATES Scheme and Graduate Rules Under the bilateral Australia-India Migration and Mobility Partnership Agreement, the government introduced several key changes tailored specifically for Indian citizens:The MATES Program: The Mobility Arrangement for Talented Early-Professionals Scheme (MATES) allows up to 3,000 top Indian graduates and early-career professionals each year to live and work in Australia for up to two years. This Temporary Work visa (Subclass 403) does not require an Australian employer sponsorship. To prevent abuse, it is run via a lottery-style ballot system with an entry fee (around AUD $25). Extended Post-Study Work Rights: While Australian general rules cut back on post-study work visa extensions for international students, commitments under the Australia-India Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (ECTA) were upheld. Indian graduates who complete master's or PhD degrees in Australia maintain access to extended stay periods.

From WTO to FTAs: India’s Evolving Trade Priorities Amid Institutional Breakdown and Geopolitical Fragmentation Over the past three decades, India’s trade strategy has evolved from a WTO-centric approach to a more pragmatic and partnership-driven FTA model. In this article, *Preeti Sharma* examines how institutional challenges within the WTO, the Doha Round impasse, China’s non-market practices, and growing geopolitical fragmentation reshaped India’s trade priorities. The piece traces India’s transition from multilateralism to strategic bilateral and regional agreements, including CEPA with the UAE, ECTA with Australia, and ongoing negotiations with the EU and other partners. It argues that FTAs are no longer just instruments for tariff reduction, but increasingly tools for supply chain integration, industrial policy, economic resilience, and strategic positioning in a multipolar world. As global trade governance continues to fragment, India’s trade policy is increasingly focused on building resilient economic partnerships that advance both economic and geopolitical interests.
