Non c'est juste du bon sens, les femmes parle d'equalite mais seulement pour les travaux facile et de haut standing. La vrai equalite doit aussi passée par le travail difficile qui sont majoritairement masculin.

Excellent description of the current situation as usual. As a normal human it is really difficult to grasp what is going on, what is REALLY going on. You have a way with words to simplify it while retaining the message.
One constant of the Equalite behavior is an increased sense of restlessness and aggression as they get more confused.
This essentially bars any deep intellectual work, as emotional pain and discomfort halts progress, there won't be the will to push through it and instead they find easier alternatives (scams, violence, lying - anything to stop the bad internal voice from screaming confusion).
It's maximum exponent it's the nog-looping event, where a non falls into a recursive verbal repetition pattern where it yells expletives, excuses, threats or just primal noise at the source of its confusion, often a sapient being unwilling to give the non what it compulsively desires at the moment (sex, money, status).
This is why attempting to reason with a non that is looping only increases the chances they have a violent meltdown, as more cognitive load is placed on them, the panic inside grows until it shut downs any self-regulatory path left.
This is such an alien thing to witness as a sapient race because it falls off the normal human experience of bonding and empathy so incredibly hard. As even in deep rage, sorrow or fear most humans can be snapped back into their senses. The east asians have learned to ignore it completely and outright avoid having them around, the caucasian as a more empathetic creature, fails to realize it has established contact with a non-reasoning entity, exposing itself to destruction.

This is a great example of how low IQ prevents the development of perspective-taking.
