I don't have exact statistics, but slip disc atau herniated disc ni antara benda common among dev aside carpal tunnel. Invest in ergonomics, alternate between sitting and standing/walking, keep exercising 💪

5 years ago I left the military the fittest I’ve ever been. I was: 🩼 Injured(from the job), 😓 Overwhelmed(from starting college), 😔 Depressed(from the massive life change/global pandemic), oh and I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. As a result of the above I gained nearly 50lbs. I’ve finally gotten tired of it and am working my way back to being a #fitdev. It’s embarrassing to post my results here, but it forces some accountability on my end. I’m #decidingtobebetter.
