I once had a Philips plasma with extremely thick glass base come in for recycling. Hands down the heaviest tv we have had to move haha. That or my hd Sony 32” crt I have but for a flatscreen it was so heavy

It’s definitely good. BUT there are some things that it totally misses the ball on.
I asked Siri AI where I could go to drop off a broken flatscreen tv to be recycled, and it gave me a list and everything and seemed great, BUT it forgot to tell me that the place it recommended (Best Buy) only accepts up to a 50” tv, so I drove all the way there for nothing.
Just to sanity check I tried the exact same prompt with ChatGPT and it gave me the exact same recommendations as Siri AI, which is a good showing for how good Siri AI is, but ChatGPT included the “only accepts 2 tvs per household per day, and only smaller than 50 inches” text that Siri AI didn’t.
Little things like that are the main reason I probably won’t switch to Siri AI anytime soon for my main uses.

I was born in 2001. I still have a good memory of what life was like before smartphones and tablets and 4K flatscreen TVs. I remember what it was like to entertain myself instead of sitting on YouTube all day.

Polls worked before the explosion of social media in our society, back when it was a controlled environment of tube boxes in every living room.
These days, people turn on their flatscreen for background on their favorite apps like Netflix and Tubi. Most interactions occur on social media websites. Hyper partisanship is at an all-time high too.

The only thing I can do to describe just how fucking excruciatingly bad competing in 2XKO is on ps5 is - imagine you have play melee on a flatscreen. But its different flatscreens every set so its not even consistently unplayable, win or lose it doesnt feel like you even care.
Ggs to Wawa, after having to help fix the monitors for an hour mid top 8 I cant be too upset with playing okay.
Extremely miserable to compete in this game. Worst competitive standard in any game I've ever seen, bar none.
But all I can do is keep suffering and try to adapt.
