I saw a post that said: “HOT TAKE: applying to 100 jobs and getting 0 interviews is not normal.” Maybe not where you’re from. But where I’m from, that was normal. When I started learning Webflow, I was applying to 5 jobs every single day. Flowremote. LinkedIn. Upwork. Anywhere that would let me hit “Apply”. Weeks would pass. No replies. No interviews. Just silence. Then you open Twitter and see people sending 100 cold emails daily, and suddenly you start feeling like you’re not doing enough. Like the problem is you. But sometimes it’s not laziness. Sometimes it’s location. Sometimes it’s exposure. Sometimes it’s just timing. Rejection doesn’t always mean you’re bad. Silence doesn’t mean you’re useless. And struggle doesn’t mean you won’t make it. If you’re learning, applying, and still showing up daily, you’re not failing. You’re onto something great.
