Pokemon scarlet screwed me over shiny fluttermane and glitched through the wall and never got it....... and that happened on the switch 2, 3 month's ago and 2 month's wasted of hunting it down so I hope you're right........

This sentiment misses a lot of the point. Fluttermane can hold an item! Including sash, it’s immune to fake out. Gengar traps and has perish disable.
Raichu has none of that, and it requires your mega slot. The opportunity cost is massive for something requiring perfect play.
Flutter Mane is cute but its bulk is horrendously abysmal. 55-55, going to die to sucker punch from gambit. Not usable.

Fluttermane didn't take up the Mega slot though. Could still be worth it depending on how shit shakes out but idk 🤷♀️
