走らせながら拡張していったので色んな残骸が残っているから消していいか迷いーのDDR出しーのFMPerceptionで探りーの決断しーの次App構築。 しかし、よく作ったな俺。。。 #FileMaker

このフィールドを消していいかどうか悩んだら、DDR (データベースデザインレポート)をFMPerception に食べさせて確認する。 レイアウトで使っていないか、計算式で使っていないか、スクリプトで使っていないか、など。

データベースデザインレポート。略して DDR。 ダンスダンス...ではない。 FileMaker を触り始めた頃、一体何に役に立つのか全くわからなかった。 Advanced にしかない機能だったからか、開発用なのだろうなぁ、そんな気持ちでいた。 ある日、カスタムAppの詳細をよこせ、と言われたので、DDRを印刷して(⁉︎)渡したら満足して帰って行った。 そしてユーザ会やFun Night で BaseElements を教えてもらい、DDR がグッと身近になった。 そして今。 FMPerception で一気に DDR は日常になった。 お客さんに出す前に DDR チェック。これは欠かせない。

#FileMaker #FMPerception の新たな機能に気がついた。 FMPerception を使ったときと使わない時の開発・デバッグにかかる時間の差がどんどん広がっていく。 ちな、今回の発見は検索窓の使い方。 例えばBrokenReferences を選んで検索を　複製　とした場合には何もヒットしない。
