Hoping for clear skies from #FuzztailFire - tonight’s outdoor show in Bend is potentially in jeopardy as it stands, but it sounds like progress has been made.

🔥There was no growth on the #FuzztailFire overnight, all control lines held. Firefighters are continuing to mop up & secure control lines this morning. Their focus is identifying & extinguishing sources of heat within the fire perimeter. The cause remains under investigation.

🔥Some overnight updates: Flight imagery on #LookoutFire & #BedrockFire were unable to run last night due to conditions. But satellite imagery has active hot spots on SW side of Lookout & Western flank of Bedrock. #FuzztailFire (lightning) E of Sunriver was stopped at 12 acres.

Forward progression has been stopped on the 12-acre #FuzztailFire. Dozer line has been constructed around the perimeter of the fire. Crews will work to secure containment & mop up this evening. The campground & trail closures remain in effect. The cause is under investigation.
