Congress tried to exploit the CBSE students’ issue for political gain and, in the process, spoiled the opportunity for students to obtain timely relief from the Delhi High Court.
Many people have asked me why I did not file a PIL seeking the reopening of the re-evaluation process. The answer is simple: any general order passed by the Court could have adversely affected a large number of students.
I had consistently advised students that if they faced any specific grievance, they should approach the Court seeking individual relief. The Delhi High Court has now taken the same view, which is exactly what I had stated earlier.

The plan wasn't in place when I was in law school, so kids were getting hired out of YLS after one (gradeless) semester we've seen firms push hiring to an absurdly accelerated timeline because schools' job offices aren't designed to moderate firms' plans. Seems suboptimal.

Montessori school is basically gradeless and follows that philosophy. A child SHOULD be able to progress as fast as they can. Learning is much like starting a fire, once it's lit, it needs to be fed as fast as possible while you have the kids attention and wonder.
