Our modal outcome which feeds into our #GRIDModel projections (black line) has it peaking in June, but inflation internals (purple line) suggest higher and sticker prices over the next 2-3 quarters.

you can mesh sync from blender to unreal/unity. you could 'gridmodel' a city straight into unreal or unity (unity dots is promising too). unreal compile times are also insane sometimes (but looks amazing). but its insane for sure! good times!
