In this clip from @AlchemyAmerican, Dr. Colin Ross says that the eyes emit measurable energy beams that can influence sensors, and possibly other brains. This perspective lines up neatly with @RupertSheldrake's idea that minds extend beyond the skull through morphic fields.
If minds are linked in shared fields rather than contained in our brains, then that shiver down your spine when someone stares at the back of your head is less woo, more “ambient Wi‑Fi” between organisms — the same nonlocal connection Sheldrake sees in telepathy and group memory.
