One day, every soul will face eternity.
There’s no middle ground. No “neutral zone.”
You will either enter everlasting life through Jesus Christ… or face eternal judgment and separation from God.
And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’
— Luke 16:23-24 NKJV
When the lost die, they go immediately to Hell, a place of torment, waiting for the final judgment. They will be resurrected to stand before God at the Great White Throne:
“Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.”
— Revelation 20:11–15 NKJV
Hell is temporary—but the Lake of Fire is forever.
There is no escape after death. No purgatory. No reset. Only judgment or mercy.
BUT HERE IS THE GOOD NEWS —
God doesn’t want you to go through that.
He has already made the way of escape. the only way to be saved:
And Jesus answered and said to them, “Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
—Luke 13:2-3 (NKJV)
Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,
— Acts 3:19 (NKJV)
and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.
— Mark 1:15 (NKJV)
A – ADMIT that you are a sinner –
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
— Romans 3:23 (NKJV)
B – BELIEVE that Jesus died for your sins –
For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures
— 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 (NKJV)
C – CALL on His Name –
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
— Romans 10:9-10 (NKJV)
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.”
— Ephesians 2:8 (NKJV)
Jesus took your punishment.
He died in your place, and rose again so you can be forgiven.
That’s not religion. That’s redemption.
The clock is ticking.
The trump of God will sound.
You are one heartbeat away from eternity. Don’t wait.
Jesus is the only escape from judgment—and the only way to Heaven.
