Updated 'hellorust' for the new CRAN guidelines to automatically vendor rust code when building an R source package: github.com/r-rust/hellorust

After 4.5 years, the 'hellorust' package was accepted on CRAN this week :D jeroen.github.io/erum2018/

We have to find a better way for feedback like this. UX comes up time and time again. @gnome, any ideas? Golang is gold for OSS tooling, maybe such a revolution is needed for the desktop as well. #helloRust

The hellorust R template package now includes GitHub actions CI, making the R-rust integration even more seamless: github.com/r-rust/hellorust
