Job Summary
Responsible for driving the overall success of the hotel through effective leadership, revenue growth, operational excellence, financial performance, people management, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and security standards.
Responsibilities
• Implement company and client HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met on time and within budget.
• Deliver prompt and efficient guest services.
• Manage and improve the facility’s financial performance.
• Safeguard operational quality through internal and external audits.
• Coordinate departmental planning, schedules, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, HACCP, fire regulations, and other legal standards.
• Oversee proper use of company identity and branding.
• Maintain relationships with public authorities.
• Set and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Analyze sales performance and develop marketing and revenue management strategies.
• Resolve operational challenges and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular property and service inspections.
• Establish systems and training programs that promote a safe working environment.

Requirements
•
B.Sc./HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Catering Management, Home Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of hospitality industry experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
