.@hubcontroller who gave away free thermostats via a @SEAI_ie funded study, are now disabling them unless householders who took part in the 'free' scheme pay €10/m subscriptions.
@hubcontroller refuses to reinstall or 'make good' the pre-existing thermostats which they removed.

@hubcontroller I have request information regarding the change of terms as have many others and you have not answered. I refuse to pay unless I can see these changes. I used my seai grant to pay for what I have and have a right to be fully informed of changes

Very annoyed to get this email today. My hub controller was installed as a Government initiative to reduce fuel cost. I was told at the time of installation it was free. What is free about 5.35 per month? #notransparency #stopusing

Well now they want everyone that has got a hub installed to pay a monthly subscription of 10 euro we were never told this was a trial and we would have pay in the future. Its disgraceful all because they are saying the government won't support them anymore.

We do indeed! One of our customers has saved over 2 fills on her tank since installing in April 2019 and is in credit with her oil supplier for the first time in 20 years 😱👏🏻 #hubcontroller
