Thats the first engine that came to mind. It is showing its age and I would guess an overhaul is going to be a huge task. It is probably too late now but why not shift to idTech? Work with id for engine enhancements/maintenance and let Bethesda concentrate on game implementation

I mean...I always encourage people to play more Quake! Sometimes I hesitate to mention DeFRaG amid modern "speedrun games"; it's very "here's a 327-page book on idTech engine bugs, then we can get started" but CS surely gave you at least some tolerance for bunnyhopping. ๐Ÿ˜‚

It's still baffling Microsoft got rid of tango game works, one of the only studios fluent with idtech engine. And then they open up Halo studios that plan to use unreal engine. @asha_shar learn from that mistake, don't let Xbox continue to making fumbles like this anymore
