So today this happened #club50 award after asking @magwhit to consider it for the #goldenyear @slimmingworld she liked the idea and today I recieved mine at our party at #imagetherapy after losing over 1/2 my body weight #savedmylife #happy #healthy and #grateful

A little update after my fall on the way to #imagetherapy Tue I've got about 4hrs memory loss, still went to group weighed in, spoke but got upset for woty, sat for 2 groups sadly can't remember anything but still I'm target 33mth 11st7lb loss @slimmingworld #lifechanging
