This would have the effect of driving all 'social housing' (how I hate that term - a deliberate devaluation of public housing) tenants into the lowest price housing in the country ie in Middlesborough.

- social housing is an example of a social programme - you think anything less than a £7k Mayfair flat is a hovel?

No, but I knew about him and his tireless campaigning about the Aylebury Estate. An extinct type of Tory. theguardian.com/politics/201…

Please leave architects out of this. No architect in their right mind voted for Brexit. Brexit reduced the number of countries in which their qualifications were recognised from 31 to 1. I now have to keep up registration in the UK and Ireland to keep my EEA recognition.

Underfloor heating has extremely efficient controls, to the latest spec and under EXISTING Building Regulations along with a truckload more legislation they are an incredibly efficient form of heating; I should know as installing them is my living! He’s either being advised wrongly or there’s a hidden agenda.
