Saw Jars of Clay at the Atl Fox Theater in 1999 ... I was a youth pastor then and took our youth group. Jennifer Knapp opened, love her. English Beat has that "Save it For Later" song that Eddie Vedder covers (it has been my new fav song for about the last 3 years).

I saw Maggie Rogers with Mumford and Sons during their Railroad Revival show in Richmond. She was great. Out of curiousity, what was your favorite REM show?
While I also prefer Much Afraid, I've found myself enjoying the self titled more these days. It's probably nostalgia - the album captures a moment in alternative music history that I'm pretty fond of
I loved this album growing up. Listening to it now, it is very lackluster and the programmed drums really bring down the entire package. Much Afraid is a much better album by them.
