シエナ ・ウィンド・オーケストラさまの定期演奏会へ行きました！！！ 僕の大大大ファンの推し作曲家、ジョン・マッキー様の作品が沢山！！！ アスファルト・カクテル 大好きすぎてスコア購入して、いろんな音源を聴き漁っていましたが、生演奏を聴くのは初！！！押し寄せるリズム！！止まらない興奮！！音が物体として感じる！！ ああ、心踊る。 オーロラ・アウェイクス 美しい、、、一曲目との対比よ！！ウェルカムシャンパンがとんでもなく派手味で驚くも、次に出てきたスープは出汁が効いてる系。そんな感じ。徐々に目覚めるオーロラの女神様！Es dur の煌びやかなラストノートがオルガンのような余韻に！！ 僕はEs durが好きです。明るい響きのなかにも深みがあって、C durでもB♭ durでも感じることのない懐の深さ！！ああ至福。 付喪神 いよいよ新曲！！あらまぁなんてこと！！ ジャパニーズみを感じる。前半は転調に次ぐ転調！！各調のカラーが目まぐるしく展開！かと思ったら突然のフォルテシッモ！イタズラをするお化け達が見える。 後半はついにきた！ジョンマッキーのリズム！！かと思ったら一旦落ち着く。と思ったらまたリズム！！おおおー！！新境地！！今までにないパターン！！ 小編成だけど、難易度が高い。出版されたら吹奏楽コンクールBの部で演奏されまくる予感。そしてやはり小編成は良い。お一人お一人の音色がよく聴けるし、音が明るく感じる。 レッドラインタンゴ こちらの作品もスコアに穴が開くほど勉強してました。曲を知っているから、自然と主旋律が頭の中に流れてくるけど、初見の人にとってはどこを聴けば良いのか、良い意味で混乱するほど複雑なオーケストレーション。主旋律と伴奏と対旋律〜とかいう世界じゃない。ポップスのバッキングのようなおかずが至る所に散りばめられていて尋常じゃないカラフルさ。 これがジョン様のデビュー作と来たもんだ。どんだけ天才なんだ！！ そしてアンコールは僕が愛してやまない「リングマスターズマーチ」！！！！！ マーチなのにこんな事しちゃう！！？？ っていうマーチ。センスの塊。 素晴らしい選曲を、ありがとうございます涙 ジョン様、実は打楽器コンチェルトを書いていらっしゃるのです。昨日お話しさせて頂く機会があり、「あなたのパーカッションコンチェルトを演奏するのが夢です。」 とお伝えしところ、「あんまり演奏されてないから是非やってほしい！！」と喜んでおられました。ジョン様の「Drum music」を演奏させて頂ける機会があれば、全国、いや世界中どこへでも馳せ参じます。 動画と写真は撮影OKの「星条旗よ永遠なれ」です！ #シエナウィンドオーケストラ #sienawind #ジョンマッキー #JohnMackey
