Governments should lead by example, not just by enforcement. UP gets it right. 2.35 lakh government buildings will now have rooftop rainwater harvesting systems under "Catch the Rain 2025" by the UP Jal Shakti Department. When citizens see RWH working in government buildings, adoption follows naturally. Proof > pressure. Congratulations @UPGovt @JalShaktiUP on setting a benchmark every state should follow. #RainwaterHarvesting #WaterConservation #CatchTheRain2025 #EcoLive #LeadByExample đź“° Economic Times, 24 Jun 2025

The loudest person in the room isn’t always the leader. Watch who people turn to when things get hard. Real influence isn’t announced it’s felt. You build it by showing up consistently, telling the truth when it’s uncomfortable, and caring about people more than you care about credit. Leadership isn’t a title. It’s a track record. #Leadership #Influence #LeadByExample #GoGrowGlow #CultureMatters #ServantLeadership #RealLeaders

@RoKhanna @BernieSanders Lead by example, gentlemen. You want a 5% annual wealth tax on billionaires? Fine. Start with yourselves at 2.5% on your millions first. Ro — your family’s ~$230M net worth (mostly from your father-in-law’s successful auto parts empire and investments) should cough up $5.75 million per year. Bernie — your ~$2.5M (three homes book millions) should pay $62,500 annually. Voluntarily wire it to the Treasury tomorrow. Fund that free college and childcare you love talking about. Or is “pay your fair share” just a slogan for other people’s success? Practice what you preach — or admit the hypocrisy. America’s watching. #LeadByExample #WealthTaxStartsAtHome

People may not remember every word you say, but they'll always remember what you model. Leadership is on display every day. Make it count. Be the leader your team wants—and your brand deserves. #LeadershipThatRocks #Leadership #CompanyCulture #LeadByExample

If you're not leading your household, your family, your team, or your community, someone else will. Too many men want leadership without certainty. They want respect without direction. They want results without responsibility. The truth is, if there are problems in your home, your business, or your life, the first place to look is in the mirror. Leadership starts with certainty. When you know where you're going, what you're building, and what you stand for, people naturally follow. Your family follows. Your team follows. Your community follows. The most certain person in the room is usually the leader. So ask yourself: Are you leading, or are you following? #DanielKrynzel #MensLeadership #LeadByExample

Over the years I worked with a lot of teams. Different programs. Different pressure. Different personalities. And one thing became clear over and over: People may respect knowledge. They may respect experience. But trust is built by how you treat people. By whether you listen when somebody has something to say—even when, in that moment, it doesn’t seem important to you. That matters. Because sometimes the thing that feels minor to you matters a great deal to the person saying it. Sometimes they’re raising a concern you haven’t seen yet. Sometimes they just need to know they were heard. Respect starts there. Not after somebody proves they deserve your attention. At the beginning. In the willingness to stop, listen, and treat their words like they matter. People remember that. They remember whether they felt respected. They remember whether leadership made time for them when things got busy. Titles don’t build strong teams. Respect does. Consistency does. Trust does. And when pressure shows up—and eventually it always does—the teams built on trust usually find a way forward. Treat people right. Even in the small moments. Especially in the small moments. #ProstheticRoads #Leadership #RespectMatters #TrustAndLeadership #TeamCulture #PersonalGrowth #Axiom2 #LeadByExample #CharacterCounts #LeadershipDevelopment #StillMoving
