✍️ Насолода геноцидом: що російська пропаганда та західні медіа пишуть про обстріли української енергетики Західні медіа визнають настання гуманітарної катастрофи та переповідають особисті історії постраждалих від російських обстрілів людей, а пропаганда радіє стражданням українців і намагається відповідальність за російські злочини перенести на українську владу. 🥶 У січні 2026 року температура повітря в окремих регіонах України опускалася до –24 градусів, а середньодобова температура становила –15 градусів морозу. Саме в цей час Росія систематично атакувала енергетичну інфраструктуру України й продовжує це робити й нині. 14 січня президент Володимир Зеленський оголосив про запровадження режиму надзвичайної ситуації в енергетиці. 💥 Глава держави підкреслив, що Росія, попри зустрічі в рамках мирних переговорів, продовжує завдавати ударів по об’єктах енергетики. Служба безпеки України кваліфікує удари Росії по українській енергетичній інфраструктурі як злочини проти людяності міжнародної категорії, за що в Україні передбачено довічне позбавлення волі. СБУ станом на 15 січня 2026 року, з початку опалювального сезону задокументувала 256 повітряних атак російської армії на енергетичні об’єкти та системи теплопостачання України. 📆 Одна з останніх найбільш масованих атак відбулася в ніч проти 20 січня, внаслідок якої у Києві та Київській області кількасот багатоквартирних будинків перебувають без опалення. Кілька разів у другій половині січня ціллю російських атак ставала й Одеса, у якій двічі під обстріл потрапив і зазнав руйнувань, за повідомленням ДТЕК, енергетичний об’єкт. Увечері 27 січня Росія завдала удару по пасажирському поїзду в Харківській області, в якому перебувало понад 200 осіб. В результаті атаки є щонайменше 5 загиблих. Володимир Зеленський назвав це актом тероризму. 🇷🇺 Натомість російська пропаганда працює над виправданням цих воєнних злочинів, створюючи наративи, що спотворюють реальність і намагаються переконати власну аудиторію у правомірності терору проти цивільного населення. Щоб визначити, які тези просували російські пропагандисти про обстріли України в період з 19 по 27 січня, коли мільйони українців опинилися без світла, тепла та води під час морозів, Центр досліджень «Детектора медіа» проаналізував 448 повідомлень у російських пропагандистських телеграм-каналах з аудиторією понад 100 тис. підписників. 5/ Deux publics ciblés : intérieur et international Les experts de LetsData ont identifié que ces fausses vidéos visent deux audiences distinctes. 👉 D’abord les Ukrainiens eux-mêmes, à qui l’on veut faire croire que la mobilisation est arbitraire et brutale. 👉 Ensuite le public international, afin de présenter l’Ukraine comme un pays en crise et incapable de gérer sa défense. Ces récits, amplifiés par les canaux du Kremlin, dépeignent une armée qui « traque » ses citoyens pour les envoyer au front. En parallèle, les versions russes et anglaises des vidéos servent à nourrir l’idée d’une « guerre de Zelensky » - injuste, vaine et impopulaire - et à fragiliser le soutien de ses partenaires.

Mais cela n’a pas empêché la rumeur de voyager à grande vitesse. Selon l’équipe de surveillance de la désinformation de LetsData, des acteurs pro-russes ont rapidement injecté l’accusation contre Kyiv dans un récit plus large sur des « opérations secrètes ukrainiennes en Europe ».
