Wir haben das schon bei spontanen Makeathons (Studierende bauen in kürzester Zeit etwas zusammen) ausprobiert und mit einfachsten Materialien, und manuellem Schieben der Photodiode kann man im Oszi ein (sehr wackliges) Spektrum, bzw Sensitivität der Diode, auslesen.
