Same, It was very good. The US version is decompiled almost wholly a little while ago so, most likely it'll get a good moddable pc recomp port. Bad ending caught me off-guard. SH: Origins was a quirky but charming prequel too, especially the protagonist being a random trucker.

Now that VS Impostor is moddable, someone should make a DLC of the show.

Ok, massive silver lining about the CE remaster: Because it's on UE5 it should be super moddable, meaning we should be able to fix many of the issues we have with it post-launch through modding. Hell, it might even make a perfect base for custom campaigns.

Its a recomp, It uses some xenia code but its still recompiled ppc code, Its moddable with function hooks allowing you to do way more then what xenia can do in terms of modding

Mmmm... not really. The base game just gets finished, so to keep playing you need new challenges and plot lines. Unlike a less moddable game though, MC has immense room for changes. I love story games, but the NG is never the same as the first run.

Rexglue opens the flood gates to mod support, just because its using xenia code to render the game doesn't mean it isnt a recomp, all of the game logic is recompiled and is moddable. It up to the creators to add those mods to make it a better experience then xenia

If you're a Sonic fan that wants to have access to every Sonic game I think you should invest in a PC, even a mid-end one, don't just wait for companies to give tou what you want you'll have access to all the decompilations, moddable ports, fangames, mods in general, etc

Civ 4 is inexplicably the last Civ that was fully moddable. Civ 3 is the last civ that was moddable and has pleasant 2D visuals.

It's also great how easily moddable it is. As long as you can come up with 5 stats and some moves you can build it around basically anything
