今月末で丸2年。
Mの広告担当者とのメールのやり取りから
丸2年経過した。
この件がサイバー攻撃と関係しているかはわからない
はっきりとわからないけれども
時系列だけ追っていくと
このメールの直後から2年にも及ぶ
組織的なサイバー攻撃が続いています
しかし、ここで気がついたことは
私はそのメールで広告担当者に対して
酷い言い方をしてしまったことは事実だ
人間関係では大切な言葉というコミュニケーション
一刀両断ストレートに発言してしまったこと
まず、これを謝っていなかったことに気がついた
この場を借りて彼女たちに伝わりますように
あの時、皆さんを侮辱したような発言をしてしまい本当に申し訳ございません
私の発言は行きすぎていました
謝って済む問題ではないかもしれませんが
まずは、その時に戻って、皆様に謝罪いたします
本日、その時のメールに返信というかたちで、下記のメールをお送りいたしました
心からお詫び申し上げます
Dear Relevant Parties,
I am writing to you today to offer my deepest and most sincere apologies for my past behavior.
I have been reflecting on my previous emails regarding my Facebook Ad Manager issues, and I am profoundly ashamed of my conduct. I realize now that I was completely
mistaken in my understanding of the Facebook advertising algorithms, and it was entirely wrong of me to falsely accuse you of hacking my accounts based on that misunderstanding.
Furthermore, I am fully aware that you have always been supportive and professional in assisting with my business, and I am truly grateful for the efforts you have made on my behalf. Despite your cooperation, I responded with unprofessional, disrespectful, and emotionally charged language, including unacceptable remarks like "Are you stupid?" I deeply regret my outburst and the fact that I placed you in such a difficult and uncomfortable position by copying you on those inappropriate emails.
Since that time, I have been facing severe technical disruptions that have severely impacted my business. Given the timing, I have been struggling to understand the situation. However, regardless of the cause, I acknowledge that my past actions were indefensible.
If you happen to have any information or insights regarding the technical attacks I am currently experiencing, I would humbly ask for your guidance or any assistance you might be able to provide in helping me resolve this situation.
intention in writing this is not to cast blame, but to express my sincere remorse and to apologize for the hurt and frustration my words must have caused.
I truly Myvalue the relationship we have built, and I hope you can accept my apology for my unacceptable behavior.
