New research out in Physical Review Research! Could the "fuzziness" of quantum spacetime be the ultimate source of neutrino decoherence? We developed an open-system framework showing that—contrary to popular belief—low-energy neutrinos (like the Cosmic Neutrino Background) might be our best window into Planck-scale physics. The twist? While high-energy neutrinos remain stable, the strongest effects of spacetime noise emerge at the extreme low-energy regime ($E^{-4}$ scaling).
