جمعت شركة التقنية الحيوية Nutropy، مقرها فرنسا، 8.1 مليون دولار لجولة تمويل البذرة، شارك في الجولة شركة الاستثمار الجريء في التقنية العميقة "بيتا لاب" @BetalabSA ، مقرها المملكة العربية السعودية.
شركة @nutropy متخصصة في تصنيع الأجبان باستخدام التخمير الدقيق في المعمل بدون الانبعاثات الكربونية.
تهدف الشركة من جولة التمويل توسيع إنتاجها من بروتينات الكازين، وتستهدف إطلاق حليب مجفف مخصص لصناعة الأجبان بحلول عام 2027.
