大分前からウォッチしているんですが、サーバーベースで動くBIMシステム、OpenSourceBIM/BIMServerというものが、GitHub上で開発されている模様。
Rhino GrasshopperのBIMプラグインでもお馴染みGeometryGymも開発に協力している。
