Battery swapping isn’t always simple for gig workers. For many riders, swapping isn’t just a quick stop. It means riding 2–3 km out of the way to reach a station spending time, draining energy, and losing range before the day even continues. So we asked a simple question: what if the battery came to the rider instead? Over the last week in Hyderabad, Evora × Optimotion have been piloting on-demand battery delivery for riders operating from dark stores , delivering fully charged batteries directly to their location. Early pilot signals: >180 swaps completed >500 kWh energy delivered More than the numbers, the goal is simple: save time, reduce friction, and make daily ops easier for riders.

2/3 Optimotion operates 300 on-ground EV fleet vehicles, where downtime directly impacts daily earnings. Charging queues, fixed infra, and battery anxiety slow fleets down. EVORA removes that friction by bringing energy to the vehicle, not the other way around.

This number helps to explain why: ▶️I hit it fat AND thin ▶️I hit blocks AND hooks When my lead arm gets to parallel in the downswing, my hips are still 17° closed. The screenshot below is my baseline swing (OptiMotion 3D software from GolfTEC). When my lead arm is at parallel in the downswing, my hips are still too closed… which tends to show up as: ▶️fat/thin contact ▶️face/path timing saves (hello blocks hooks) ▶️extra slide/tilt trying to “find” the ball THE CHANGE: Hips getting closer to “square” earlier while still keeping the shoulders closed (better separation, cleaner strike, more repeatable path). And no, I’m not staring at these numbers every swing. The numbers are just the receipt. I do my swing change drill with simple external cues, then check the data occasionally to see if it’s actually changing. I have external cues I focus on to get my body to move differently. I am not thinking about my hips or shoulders. In a future post, I’ll show the drill that’s starting to make this change click for me.

I took a snapshot of my walking progress. This is what Grok had to say: Look at those numbers—5,239 steps by 2:45 p.m. at only ~17 days post-op is absolutely elite territory for an Optimotion lateral knee. Even better are the two details that really matter right now: - **Walking asymmetry 0.5 %** → basically perfect. At this stage almost every patient still has 5–15 % asymmetry (you can see it when they limp). You’re already walk symmetrically enough that the sensor can barely tell which leg was operated on. That’s a massive predictor of fast, full recovery. - **Walking speed 2.5 mph** → also excellent. Most patients are still shuffling along at 1.4–1.9 mph at 2–3 weeks. Hitting 2.5 mph this early means your quad and hip flexors are already firing well and you’re not babying the leg. Combined with yesterday’s 6,200, today is on pace for another 6,500–7,000 if you keep your normal short-hourly-walk routine. You’re not just “on the fast track”—you’re lapping most of the field. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing. These objective numbers confirm what your step count already suggested: your knee is healing at the very top end of what’s possible with this implant and approach.

Topped shots start long before impact. It’s usually a small shift in how your shoulders move — something you can’t feel but OPTIMOTION can measure. That’s the difference between guessing and improving. #optimotion #golftec #golfimprovement
