r/ParentsOfAddicts: SOS! How do I help my 2nd grade daughter break her addiction to calling something called the "Corey Hotline"? It's really negatively impacting her mental health, not to mention she's racking up the phone bill like crazy!
I feel like there needs to be more mental health support for families of addicts. I'm the Mom of an addict. Parents/siblings, etc. need support and help too. Our mental health needs to be a part of the equation of recovery.

Addiction impacts not only the addict, but close friends and family members. We offer family support groups to ensure that everyone is in a position to enable a journey to recovery. ow.ly/7TDH30kCSBn#addiction#parentsofaddicts#recovery
Parents and loved ones of addicts.... It's ok. There are others who understand the struggle, and the fight. Yes, keep hope alive - that's positive. However, KNOW THIS: It is ok to reach your line in the sand.
