Nah, I think anyone being able to "beat" the backrooms defeats the point of it. The only thing that would help here is that the Daleks have the pathweb, so there wouldn't really be any fading memories from them cause they remember everything perfectly.
WE CAN DOWNLOAD NEW LANGUAGES VIA THE PATHWEB. SO WE CAN TELL ANYONE HOW THEY WILL BE EXTERMINATED!!!
DALEKS ARE VERY THOUGHTFUL AND CONSIDERATE LIKE THAT ☺️
Trying to transfer their consciousness into the Dalek pathweb and all of the Daleks' consciousness into The Doctor's body to unity the power of the Time Lords & Daleks, is one of the coolest plans The Master has ever attempted. #DoctorWho#BigFinish#TheWarMaster

Ultimately, the Twelfth Doctor beats Freya... and Freya decides to destroy herself and her Daleks, rather than flee.
The Missy, with the TARDIS, hacks into the Pathweb (hacking the Pathweb happens a lot in this story!) and decides to not only ensure they self-destruct, but also-
ALT Description of Level 51: Boom - which includes: "She has decided to hack deeper by clearing all Dalek Pathweb gems, so she can take out the Purity Daleks too."
Would love to see a ‘Davros throne’, a place where he can sit down to a control panel and wire himself into the Dalek pathweb for maximum control. Akin to the girl’s battle computer in Remembrance. Would look really cool I think.

Well how the pathweb is used in other instances is the Daleks share information via it, but retain their ability to act independently.
In this case it becomes a hive mind because it’s literally used to rewrite the minds of every dalek.
They're not even a hive mind since individual Daleks have been seen to be independent of eachother
I think the hivemind thing came around because the Dalek pathweb was described as a hive mind even though it's just a way of sharing knowledge
