I truly love that more music festivals are providing a space for sobriety meets ups. There is a growing sober movement, especially among folks in the jam band community. Groups like The Phellowship, Wharf Rats, Sweet Sobriety, and Hot Tea Party are great people, doing great work.

There are sober fan groups all over the scene who have been in the same place. Wharf Rats, Phellowship, Digital Buddhas, Dust Baggies just to name a few. 💛

We’re a group of sober PLF out here to support other sober PLF, whether they’re in recovery or just wanting to take in PL shows free of intoxication. Same vein as the other yellow balloon groups that are more common across the jam scene (ex. The Phellowship for Phish)

2.5 is a huge milestone! It's not easy. I relapsed a bunch for years before I started working on it properly. 17 sober years I still do therapy and go to meetings. I tour (follow Phish) with a sober group called the phellowship.
