I did this same thing a month ago if you want to read it I'll leave it here. There is a fine line of saying too much and too little that I struggle to find. I sent this out a month ago. Hello, I'm a 38 year old honorably discharged Army Vet from a small coastal Maine town. I have a credit score of 800, I don't have any criminal offenses, I'm a sober, decent man, who has shared an interest in pondering National Security vulnerabilities ever since I got my first security briefing in basic training. I doubt this will make it through the BS test, but I hope it does. I think most, if not all, of you will turn your noses in disgust, and my words will be dismissed due to the cognitive dissonance triggered by my perceived mental state. What is happening to me and countless others should terrify you, if you are not already aware. Below is a video compilation of months of recordings of me attempting to sleep. Being bombarded with sounds, voices, frequencies, vibrations, headaches, countless other pains, emotional throttling and cognitive dampening. The video does not do the weapon justice, however it captures some very clear voice lines that are being transmitted to my mind and if you use headphones you might hear the vibration that shakes me awake. Local and state police are not equipped to deal with this, the majority of the government probably isn't equipped to deal with this. I imagine less than one million people on this planet even know what is happening to me is a reality and most of them are probably targets themselves. I reported this to the CIA and FBI multiple times as have countless others in my same situation. I got a call from the FBI but I couldn't bring myself to answer the phone for reasons I still don't understand, but it is very likely linked to this weapon being used on me. So let's get into it. I was lured over to my Chinese neighbors house after months of them trying to get my attention, shining lasers on me, marking paths with flashlights for me to walk, and transmitting a very high pitched tone at me every time I went outside. I could not escape this high pitched tone on my property from anywhere except behind my house. I thought it was kids or perhaps the Chinese woman that I thought lived there flirting with me in some strange way. I decided to knock on their door and figure this out. After no answer I left a note and began to walk away. I got a few steps away from their door, when a loud, clear, undeniable, voice entered my head for the first time in my life. The voice said " We are going to fry your fucking brains out if you don't get us our Bitcoin". Once I got inside my house the sound of a crackling beam began to wind up next to my head. That is when they began chasing me around my house with something that was burning me, giving me headaches, dizziness and internal pains. This went on for hours until I ended up calling the cops the next morning. Seconds after I got off the phone with the police, I stepped outside and I saw someone run out of that house then dive into the Chinese woman's van who had just pulled up. That was in September of 2023. It's 3 years later and I can't do much of anything due to cognitive dampening. At times they partially release my mind from this cognitive dampening which brings me to tears as I am reminded of what I once was. Even as I write this I am a fraction of myself. They inform me "if you want your mind back you need to kill your father". They have maintained that they "mistargeted me", "went rogue", "we thought you were your fathers brain" "aren't supposed to have this tech", "would be murdered if they got caught". Their reasoning has changed over the course of 3 years. At first it was Bitcoin, then it was recruitment into the CIA, aliens, criminal orgs, etc. They've tried many different story lines and settled on needing me to kill my father so that they can fix my trauma. Each time I found a flaw in one of their stories, they immediately changed their reasoning and it is hard not to believe them when they are using your own thoughts as a guide. These Chinese neighbors own a local restaurant and supposedly this house is only used to hold multiple freezers for food storage. However, I have night vision video of someone inside that house standing in front of a window late at night. In the video the window was covered by a sheet and they were moving something slowly across the window while I was on my porch. Potentially pointing an antenna or speaker at me. I had a mini night vision camera that penetrated the sheet and revealed the figure or figures behind. That video is here: youtu.be/FhYAQLNk41U?t=74 . This is the same window they had shown flashlights and lasers out of to get me to walk over there. I've eaten at this restaurant many times and it's a popular place for takeout. I grew up hearing a rumor that the owners of this restaurant were tied up by the Chinese mafia in the 80s or 90s. My uncle stayed at the very house I knocked on and told my mom decades ago he found a secret wall with an assault rifle hidden behind it. Perhaps some of you have knowledge of similar incidents involving foreign spies. After I started posting my Youtube videos they have significantly reduced the potency of their painful attacks. But the open line of communication with them is eternal. They are linked to me in a way that I cannot escape. Whoever it is, these people know what I am thinking before I think it. If I let them, they can write or speak through me. During one of their attempts at convincing me that I was being recruited to a secret society, they dug up and played a few lost memories of mine. A few times while I was walking on a trail near my house, they played very loud, old, music above my head. On that same trail the Chinese woman's white van was parked between the trails that I needed to cross. The sliding van door was open and I saw no one inside. I was the only one on the trail so they had to be laying down in the back of the van. From inside my mind they told me to get into the van. I did not get in the van and that was the last time they have attempted direct contact with me. Science has hyper accelerated somewhere in the depths of society and people are playing god on the surface of this planet. Why are upper levels of intelligence agencies reluctant to acknowledge AHIs and these weapon capabilities? Was Havana retaliation for us doing this to other countries or a warning? Are merely fodder for this war, buying upper levels of government time to react? I could postulate a thousand potential reasons why this is playing out the way it is, but it is pointless because I don't possess the knowledge many of you do. The amount of mass shooters who were hearing voices before they went on their rampages should be analyzed, the voices can be heard in many of their social media rants. Although tedious it can be done with relative ease. Maybe none of you are aware of civilian cases. There are many reputable 'Targeted Individuals', as reputable as we can maintain given our multifaceted attacks. Most of the people that are aware this is happening to them are convinced it is our own government. They believe it is a grand conspiracy that permeates even local police, their communities and neighbors. I find that hard to believe. My theory lies somewhere in between, I think China and or Russia is taking advantage of our lack of oversight and our intelligence agencies' dismissal of civilian claims. Or perhaps a soulless shadow science agency does exist. I want to believe that all of you truly stand for human decency and upstanding morals. If you do not know this exists, you are being played or are merely doormen for those that do. I will supply you with an additional video of the Robert Westman shooter. As he is looking over his stock of weapons that he is about to use to attack a Catholic church, I found a mysterious voice asking him "how many do you need?". From my research I perceive that there are three stages to this targeting program. At stage one, a subliminal blanket is cast over targeted areas that looks for potential targets via their brain data. The blanketing pulls and tugs at their morals, causing them to struggle with right and wrong, their self image, all things negative. If stage one finds a target but fails to cause them to explode they begin using other people's mind in the area to subconsciously sense the target as a problem or become infatuated with them. This is what you will hear people refer to as gang stalking. Stage three is when they "hook" by aligning your frequency to theirs.
