That is exactly what the decision-support tool I posted a link to does.
Probabilities derived from evidence & personalised health state valuations (with default options).
It was possible over 20 years ago. Nobody has shown the much interest in developing the idea since then.

Work out life expectancy and therapeutic benefit gain in PCM va ACM Jim - at 83 this man’s LE is < 10 yrs - we would never suggest RRP in 83 yr old and would use @PredictProstate - if he was CPG4-5 EBRT much less risk of side effects as per protect
