Remote SSH Podman VSCode Dev Container によるコンテナ内開発。Docker 関連のプログラムパスを podman 関連に変更し、その上で devcontainer.json に "remoteUser": "root" を追加すれば良かった。
どうせ rootless コンテナとして運用するので、コンテナ内のユーザーは root で OK。
