Unless something has changed in the last 30 years, the only differences in terms of tested standards are that the All Arms Course is compressed into 10 weeks instead of 32, because a basic level of military skill is assumed, and officers get 8 hours for the 30-miler instead of 7. So yes, for officers, one test is fractionally easier than the full RMCC, but against that, RM Officers do it all over 14-16 months, not 10 weeks.
