Here are 3 facts about high intensity cardio activities, followed by 2
#SOLUTIONS aka
#WORKOUTS I created, and do twice a week:
🔥 1. Supercharges Heart Health
Intense cardio strengthens your heart muscle, improves circulation, and can lower your resting heart rate—making your heart more efficient with less effort.
🔥 2. Burns Fat Long After the Workout
High-intensity cardio triggers EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption), which means your body keeps burning calories for hours—even while you rest.
🔥 3. Boosts Mental Toughness & Mood
Pushing your limits in cardio boosts endorphins and helps regulate stress hormones like cortisol. Over time, it builds discipline and sharpens your mental edge.
WORKOUT 1 (Treadmill Hell):

1. Two minute warm up walk on treadmill.
2. At 2:00 raise treadmill to 15% incline and speed to 4.1 (or whatever is doable, yet challenging for you).
3. At 24:00 keep incline at 15%, but reduce speed to 1.5 for 2 minutes.
4. At 26:00 keep incline at 15% and increase speed back to 4.0.
5. At 36:00 keep incline at 15%, but reduce speed to 1.5 for 2 minutes.
6. At 38:00 keep incline at 15% and increase speed back to 4.0.
7. At 48:00 keep incline at 15%, but reduce speed to 1.5 for 2 minutes.
8. At 50:00 keep incline at 15% and increase speed back to 4.0.
9. At 1 hour, reduce incline and speed and cool down for a minimum of 2 minutes. At this point the workout is over.
WORKOUT 2 (Lateral Burn):

1. 20 pull-ups
2. 15 squat-thrusters with 45 pound dumbbells or whatever weight is challenging for you.
3. 10 pull-ups.
4. 15 squat-thrusters with 45 pound dumbbells
5. 10 pull-ups.
6. 15 squat-thrusters with 45 pound dumbbells
7. 10 pull-ups.
8. 15 squat-thrusters with 45 pound dumbbells
8. 2000 meter row on
#RowMachine in under 8 minutes. Fight with all that you have to complete the 2000 meter row in under 8 minutes.
9. 10 dumbbell curls, alternating arms.
10. REPEAT ENTIRE CIRCUIT TWO MORE TIMES. AND NO BREAKS, BUT DRINK WATER WHEN NEEDED💪🏿
