Obviously we are collecting the stats on the client side and process them on the server side (AKA rtcstats). We always thought that it might be beneficial to be able and go back and post-process the captured logs for some new metric. So it has never happened 🤷‍♂️

There are two approaches for #WebRTC client-side metrics/analytics: - Send everything from the client and postprocess it in the server to extract valuable metrics. (f.e. rtcstats or callstats). - Generate valuable metrics from the client and send them to the server.

RTCStats has different forks. The most active looks github.com/jitsi/rtcstats-se… from @jitsinews but the original one is from TokBox and @HCornflower . It includes a client to gather statistics automagically and a server to receive them over websockets and store relevant metrics.

Would be cool to have a tool to monitor popular services. Injecting rtcstats, running a session and generating reports. We only need time :)
